AT&T was seeking a solution for their field technicians to maintain multiple stores, each with a different interior design. They needed to quickly find the right maintenance products to keep their facilities running.
We started the project by contextual interviews with facility engineers, and follow up interviews to identify their pain points.
The location lists solution provided nearby store product lists that automatically surfaced to the top to help technicians at their designated locations to find the right product fast. The solution was delivered by leveraging smart phone GPS capability.
In order to facilitate and identify the scope of the project with a product stakeholder, I conducted a gap analysis between the full site and mobile platforms, and developed the strategy for this feature to be released to the market faster.
I was the lead mobile UXA tasked with defining the iOS and Android app flows and creating detail-oriented wireframes for this effort. I also guided the work of another UX architect to ensure consistencies with the iPad experience.
As a part of this project, I conducted multiple white boarding sessions with product stakeholders, developers and other UX disciplines to define the high-level experience that can support other customers who might face a similar challenge.
I also created a highly interactive Axure prototype for user research, and iterated on the design based on customer feedback.
